Abstract The composition of the corporate structure constitutes a relevant indicator entrepreneurial and economic dynamism certain country or territory. In contrast to past estimates over 45 years, importance small very scale entreprises has been steadily decreasing in Portuguese business universe. socio-entrepreneurial fabric is predominantly constituted by businesses (micro companies): 2015, 99,9% non financial sector were SME [Small Medium-size companies], micro companies represented around 96% total number SME. this context, family acquire greater relevance due to/for estimated weight they have on economy (between 70% 80% SME, also including great quoted stock exchange markets), creation jopbs role play local development.
